If you're importing from WordPress, select 'WordPress', click '+ upload' under the XML File field, and upload the XML file you exported from WordPress. Click 'Import Posts' to complete the process.

For Ghost, select 'Ghost', enter your Ghost’s Site URL, click '+ upload' under the JSON File field, and upload the JSON file you exported from Ghost. Click 'Import Posts' to finish.

When importing from Medium, choose 'Medium', click '+ upload' under the ZIP File field, and upload the ZIP file you exported from Medium. Click 'Import Posts' to finalize the import.

Lastly, for Substack, select 'Substack', click '+ upload' under the ZIP File field, and upload the ZIP file you exported from Substack. Click 'Import Posts' to complete the import.
